(To respect your time and mine, I require a small planning retainer before we begin detailed research or place holds. The retainer secures your spot, covers initial supplier checks, provisional holds, and the focused work needed to craft personalized itinerary options—work that would otherwise be done for free and can’t be reserved without commitment.
Your retainer is always credited toward your booking. It’s refundable only if no substantive work has been performed (we’ll define that up front). This policy helps us prioritize serious clients, protect against last‑minute no‑shows, and deliver the thoughtful, timely service you expect).

I arrange flight or rail + hotel packages or resorts, guided tours, cruises, car rentals, travel insurance, and custom itineraries using a network of trusted suppliers. We handle it all.
I'll review available special rates, perks and upgrade options with you and build your package based on the choices you make. Perks (upgrades, credits, room types, transfers, etc.) vary by supplier and are subject to availability.
I work with a range of suppliers, including just about every airline, rent-a-car, & hotel provider you can think of. Also several cruise suppliers, including Royal Caribbean, Princess, Disney, etc. Also many resorts, tour, & transportation/ride service companies across the globe, and more.
Yes. I charge a service fee (10%) for personalized trip planning, supplier research, booking coordination, and customer support before, during, and after travel.

A planning retainer is an upfront payment to begin personalized trip work; it’s credited toward your final service fee. The service fee is 10% of the trip total and covers itinerary design, supplier coordination, perks requests, and on‑trip support — any remaining service fee is due at booking. Retainers are refundable only if no substantive work has been performed; supplier deposits are separate and must be paid to confirm reservations.
Submit an inquiry online, call, or email me. I'll confirm availability, pricing, and any fees, then send a secure payment link and booking confirmation.
I accept major credit cards and secure online payments. A deposit is typically required to secure reservations; final payment depends on supplier terms. Exact payment terms are shown on your invoice.
I typically process payments directly through the travel supplier’s secure systems. Once a payment has been processed, you receive a confirmation. Simple, direct, and transparent.
Regarding payment options each individual supplier has various options for payment. I will of course go over all options and provide documentation for your records.
Prices reflect supplier rates at time of booking but may change for unticketed or unconfirmed reservations due to availability, currency fluctuations, or supplier updates. I’ll notify you of any changes.
Yes — I may receive commissions or fees from some suppliers. We disclose material relationships where required and always aim to recommend the best value for your trip.
My cancellation policy varies by supplier and product. If you need to cancel, contact me as soon as possible — I'll notify the supplier and request any available refund.
-Please view Terms of Use page for more information.
Please note the service fee is non‑refundable. It covers the personalized planning, supplier coordination, and support we provide from initial consultation through booking — work that is performed regardless of travel completion.

Yes. I'll assist with changes, but fees and supplier penalties may apply. I’ll explain any costs before proceeding.
I recommend travel insurance and can provide options covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and baggage. Insurance is optional unless required by a supplier.
Contact me immediately and I’ll coordinate with the supplier to help rebook or secure assistance. For urgent issues while abroad, call our emergency line at (318) 250-5123.
I provide guidance on visa and entry requirements but do not issue visas. I can recommend visa services or check requirements for your destination.
I use supplier names and logos in accordance with each supplier’s branding guidelines. Contact me if you have questions about a specific partner listing.
For peak seasons and popular destinations, book 4–12 months in advance. For off-peak travel, 1–3 months is often sufficient. Cruises and group travel may require earlier booking.
Yes. I offer group booking coordination and corporate travel services, including custom itineraries, negotiated rates, and on-trip support.
No — my priority is finding the best fit for you. I evaluate options across suppliers based on price, value, inclusions, and reliability, and recommend what matches your preferences.
I regularly monitor publicly available promotions and preferred-partner perks to deliver the best value. If you see something compelling, share it with us — I’ll compare it “apples-to-apples” to confirm it’s legitimate and, where possible, match or even improve the overall value with added benefits.
Deposit due at booking to secure your reservation (amount varies by supplier, but I'll communicate with you the specifics when the time comes). Final payment is due per supplier terms—typically 45–90 days before travel; large/group bookings may have interim payments. Add‑ons and upgrades are charged when confirmed.
